3. Choose what Resolution you want 2000dpi (Most Popular) or 4000dpi
4. Choose what type of file JPEG (Most Popular) or TIFF
5. Choose if you want us to sell you a flash drive or if you will be supplying one
6. Select approx. how many slides you have (we will figure out the exact amount when finished)
7. Add to Cart
8. If you have different type of slides, Repeat the above process

10. Package your Slides into a Box and Ship to AV Workshop (Learn How to prepare your slides for AV Workshop – Click Here)

• We will Scan your Slides in the order you provided where poss. and create a unique folder for each section / bag or box.
• We ship you back your Slides and Flash drive
• You plug in your new Drive and enjoy those slides all over again!
• Digital files can easily be viewed and shared on any computer

1. Organize

• Remove slides from carousels / binders (optional)
• Rubber band your slides into stacks of about 50.

2. Label

• If you would like to have your slides organized in a specific order, please indicate which is the first slide by writing a “1” on the cardboard frame (or on note paper) that you would like to start the order.
• Continue by writing a “2” in the second stack – letting us know this is the first slide of the 2nd stack and so on.
• We will scan the slides in this order top to bottom.
• If you would like to have separate folders created based on different batches of slides, please put them in different ziplocs or boxes with the batch label information printed out. We will create a unique folder per batch in the order you specify.
• *Note: a setup fee may apply if the slides are different thicknesses within the same batch / stack.

3. Include Flash Drive or Hard Drive if Providing Your Own

• if you are providing your own hard drive or flash drive, include it with your order.

4. Place organized media in Clean (Dust / Mold Free) bags or boxes before Dropoff or Shipping

• Please make sure containers are free of dust, dirt, cobwebs, etc… Clean, recyclable bags & boxes are usually best!

I don’t know what’s on my slides, do you rent slide projectors?

No, we do not rent equipment.

How should I prepare my slides?

Please extract the slides from carousels and band them in separate stacks of approx. 50. You can lightly band them using rubber bands and place them in ziplock bags. Also, you can put them into rectangular boxes like aluminum foil / plastic wrap boxes. Can you organize my slides into folders on a DVD or flash drive?

Yes, please label the stacks / boxes of slides accordingly with sticky notes. We will do our best to organize your slides into files and folders that make sense. Learn how here

If you provide my drive, how many drives will I receive?

You will receive one single drive that all your media will fit on! We carry 16gb all the way through 2TB.
