2 Options to Order

(Option 1) Order Online:

1. Select Service Needed on the Menu Above
2. Choose Options & Quantity
3. Add to Cart and Check Out
4. Prepare Media for AV Workshop if possible
5. Drop-off at AV Workshop (or Ship)

• You will Receive an Order Confirmation Email with Shipping Instructions
• You can Drop-off at the AV Workshop Storefront (contactless)
• We are Open 5 days a week (Tue-Fri 11-6pm / Sat 10-1pm)
  • Park in our designated AV workshop Customer Parking Spot
  • Walk upstairs and Ring Bell for Customer Service
• You will be notified when the order is ready for pickup (or ships out).

FREE Round Trip Shipping on orders over $250

Orders over $200 = we will email you a prepaid UPS label within 24hrs and a list of drop-off locations near you

(Option 2) Place Order In-store (CASH Discount Avail):

1. Get Familiar with Service Needed using Menu above
2. Prepare Media for AV Workshop if possible 
3. Bring Media to AV Workshop

• We are Open 5 days a week (Tue-Fri 11-6pm / Sat 10-1pm))
  • Park in our designated AV workshop Customer Parking Spot
  • Walk upstairs and Ring Bell for Customer Service
  • No appt. Needed
  • 5% CASH Discount avail – pls bring (approx) 50% Deposit
    • Many Banks nearby
• You will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.

Please note:

• We have eliminated customer traffic within our store and are handling media exchanges on our front porch
• Please prepare media in bags or boxes for dropoff in advance.
