This is a greaaaaaaaaaaat place. My dad bought a 400 dollar insignia camcorder. He went to Cuba and when he came back he wanted the conversion done. WE WENT TO FIVE PLACES INCLUDING WOOLFCAM NO ONE COULD DO IT. AV WORKSHOP DID IT.JOE WAS A LIFE SAVER. HE DID WHAT NO OTHER PLACE COULD. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
