I have been using this company for over 10 years. I’ve had DVD copies made there, have had videos converted from European to American standards, have had videos edited there. I trust them so much that I had them transfer my 87 year old father’s life story so it would be preserved when he’s no longer here. They have even videotaped and edited events at my kids’ school. Big jobs, small jobs, it doesn’t matter. They have always finished the work by the time they promised it. I’m always looking for the best price so I appreciate that they don’t nickel and dime you. They’re patient in explaining what they charge and they charge what they quote you. I feel lucky that I found them and that they’re convenient to get to.

You did a great job on transferring my Aida video to DVD. I actually tried to do it at home, but was unsuccessful at getting the tape to play without serious tracking issues on my own BETA recorder. There is just a minimum of tracking noise in the first act of the DVD, which is FAR better than I was able to achieve, and then it disappears. The sound throughout is superb. This recording contains what I believe to be the greatest moment in opera televised history. It has never been released commercially. So it is a real pleasure to finally have it back and viewable in my collection.
